Definitions

"Website" refers to all online content on the Global Creative Writers website.

"Customer," "You," or "Yours" refers to you and any other person submitting an order on your behalf.

"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to Global Creative Writers, a registered company.

"Product" refers to the services and products provided by Global Creative Writers in accordance with your order.

"Order" refers to the purchase order made by the customer to avail of Global Creative Writers' services or products.

Our Services

By submitting an order and/or payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use. All products are non-refundable and provided without any warranties, expressed or implied. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before making any payment or submitting an order.

Refund Policy

We want you to have a clear understanding of our refund policy. We offer refunds in specific cases and under certain conditions, outlined as follows:

Incompetent Delivery

If the delivered work does not comply with the project requirements, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

If, after exhausting all options, we are still unable to meet your requirements, a refund may be processed based on mutual agreement.

In such cases, we may offer future credits of the same value that you can avail of at any time.

Late Delivery

We strive for on-time delivery. If, for any reason, we fail to deliver the requested service on time, a refund may be processed once it is established that the delay was our fault.

Please note that there are cases where a refund will not be issued

Minor technical errors, such as grammatical or typing mistakes, word count variations, or missing references, do not qualify for a full refund. We may offer partial refunds or discounts for future purchases.

Any delay caused by the client's end will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds based on the quality of writing will not be issued.
